Great! I've started keeping a dream diary, and tried the 'is this a dream?' technique because I really want lucid dreams! I've only ever had a lucid dream about 4 times, although most of my dreams are incredibly vivid.
@Nom My drams are lucid every once in awhile, it takes a few days of trying normally but vivid without a doubt, I have always been lucky to remember dreams, I will have to start writing some of my most memorable ones up, I have a few written, I need a dream diary, quite a lot of mine are very similar which helps remember, I think they are trying to tell me things lol.
