I started as an unknown,

Longing to write with the best.

Inspiration then started to flow,

Poetry became an enjoyable test.

I've learnt a whole lot about myself,

I'll never be the same again.

Been in the top twenty for a while now,

Not gonna pretend that I want it to end.

I guess I just needed a rest,

I'm no longer feeling depressed,

Got a lot of things of from my chest.

My feelings are no longer repressed

So its time to start writing,

It feels so exciting,

I'm renewed with a freshness and zest.

No longer self fighting,

I'm letting the light in,

I'll pursue to be the bestest of best.

Well done in you discovery in finding your strength! It's only through the rocky times that we fight through that we find those missing pieces or maybe they were there all along, but through turbulent times they are shaken out of their hiding place...Keep up the great and inspiring work you do. @Fly10 Thanks for that, unfortunately pretty much as soon as I wrote that a black cloud came over again and put a stop to it, I have been really up and down but I've had a chat with someone very special to me this morning and I am starting to remember what I want out of life again. Hopefully I can hold on to it for a while this time. Hope your ok😘
