When I was 9
We went to zoo
It was my first time
To go some where new with family
It was actually enjoyable
For little ole me
And I saw a camel
Rides for free
I got to ride this camel
Something quite memorable
But on our way home
I was nicknamed the camel.
My sisters were not very nice
But I just went with it
It wouldn't hurt them
Or me since I didnt care
Now as my oldest sister
Has her boyfriend of 5 years
I've known him for the past
3 and a half
Over these years
I've gotten a new nickname
Just from him
Lauren of the Lauranosphere
My own little world
It's just like before
Except it's a bit different from then
I actually like this one
When I first got that nickname
It gave me a sence of power
I never had
All on my own
So those nicknames
Are the first thing
That got my wound up
In having pride and power in my beliefs
In a way,
I can't imagine life without them
They're the building blocks
That make me who I am today.
Now Opuss too
Inspiring me with
All sorts of things
That keep me busy and intrigued.
