The next couple of days, she kept her distance from me. I was a little frustrated so I went to my other best friend who I could tell anything to; Ana. Ana and I have been friends for a while and we tell each other everything.
I told her everything of what happened in our chat.
"I'm sure she won't act differently because of that around you." She said thoughtfully
This, is where she was wrong. She kept her distance from me for about a week and a half.
"I've thought about it." She said to me as we walked to our 3rd class period together.
"About time..." I murmured under my breath.
"I know that you like me, but I'm pretty sure that I don't like you in that way."
I didn't really know what to say at that moment, so I shrugged an looked away hoping she hadn't noticed my sudden change of behavior.
