How liberating the experience is,
when people learn to help each other.
So aim to give as to others, as you would give unto yourself,
to your friends your neighbour and that person who you know is all alone.
It is impossible to over emphasise,
the immense need humans have to be really listened to,
to be taken seriously and to be understood.
No one can develop freely in this world - do you listen ? to whom?
We all need to feel understood by at least one person.
Do you have someone who is there for you?
Someone you can confide and talk to ? someone who understands?
as without that one person our lives can disintegrate.
This Christmas and every day we should all help,listen and understand to be -
that person that we were meant to be.
