Chapter 9
I woke up in Jason’s arms, his shirt was off and he was smiling in his sleep. Cute and really hot. I just stared at him. At least 15 minutes went by and I was still just lay there staring. He woke up, eyes flickering.
“Morning” I whispered
“Morning”
“You’re so cute when you sleep”
“How long have you been watching me?” He asked before kissing me.
“About 15 minutes”
“I watched you for longer” He replied
“How long?” 20 minutes? Maybe?
“Three hours” What the hell? What? No way! Three hours? Three? Hours? Like 60 minutes times three? Really? No he was joking. He had to be.
“What the hell? Why?”
“You’re also cute when you sleep” I blushed.
“Oh my gosh I don’t snore do I?” I asked worried. Jason slept perfectly, like an angel, but me… I don’t know.
“Nope”
“Sleep walk?”
“No”
“Move about a lot?”
“Negatory”
“Sleep talk?”
“Yes” That’s- what? I what? No. This cannot be happening.
“What? I sleep talk?” My face glowed bright red.
“Yup” He laughed.
“What do I say?” I asked.
"You were whispering my name” Oh god! Jason smiled.
“Oh my gosh that’s so embarrassing”
“And cute” He laughed
“Ughhh” He kissed me softly on the lips. I could feel his warm breath on my face.
“Oh and you sleep giggle” No. That’s even worse! Noooooo…..
“No way!” I nearly shouted “Oh my god”
“So cute” Jason laughed.
“I am never staying in bed with you again, you notice too much”
“Awwww and I was going to let you stay in here more often. I mean just think of all those hugs and kisses and talks before we go to sleep we will miss” I can't leave...
“I can always stay” He smiled “As long as we can stay in my room, it’s awesome” I snuggled into his chest and he laughed.
“That is so sweet. I’m liking it”
“Good, because I’m comfy here” We stayed there for about 10 minutes in silence, warm and comfy. Jason’s arms were wrapped around me protectively and his eyes were on the door. I needed to do something. “Right come on then” I said, getting up from the bed.
“Where are we going?” He asked me.
“I like smoothies when I wake up, so I’m going to the smoothie shop. Coming?” Complete lie. I’ve never had a smoothie ever when I woke up in the morning. But I do like smoothies.
“Isn’t that in town?” I laughed.
“Yeah”
“Why don’t I make you one here?” Didn’t want to get out of the house. Funny. To be honest, neither did I. Smoothie here sounds nice.
“Sounds good” I giggled.
“Come here” I walked over to him and he pulled me onto the bed. He got up. What?
“Why? What?” He threw the covers over me.
“Stay here, I’ll be back in 5 minutes” Fine then.
“Ok…” He left the room. I giggled to myself as I looked around his room. Total boys room.

Exactly 5 minutes later, he returned with two glasses. Both were filled with an orange coloured liquid.
“One for you and one for me”
“What flavour is this?”
“Mango and passion fruit” Oh my gosh! Amazing!
“My favourite. Wait… You have an actual mango and passion fruit?” I asked
“Yup” Fruit is so awesome!
“Awesome. You like fruit?”
“I’m vegetarian, it comes with the diet”
“Your vegetarian too? Yay I’m not the only one” He laughed. “How long have you been vegetarian?”
“I’d say just about 216 years” I nearly did spit take. What the hell?
“216 years?”
“Yup” Jesus Christ! “I’m not actually 17”
“How old are you?”
“319” We sat up facing each other.
“No way” My eyes widened and I was in total shock “Just tell me your 17 so I can breathe” I said calmly.
“I’m a 319 year old werewolf” I’m pretty sure I said say your 17.
“Oh god” Then something him me. “So you’re never going to age?”
“Nope” That’s it. I needed to choose something and I needed to choose it now. Time to pick my future.
“Make me into what you are” I said. He looked at me in horror. I want to be with him, that’s all I wanted. I know I've only know him for a short while but I still think its the right choice.
“Wow. Wow. Wow. No. Why would you want this?”
“Because I want to be with you forever” I replied
“I would never do this to you” His face was cold and worried.
“Why?”
“There’s a chance you could die” He sighed. Not going to stop me. I want to be with him.
“Chance I’m willing to take”
“I-I-“
“Please”
“I can’t” I guess I’d do the same if it was him, would I? No I don’t think I would. Actually I couldn’t live with the fact that I’d killed him, if he did die.
“It’s alright”
“I just don’t want to hurt you” I need to start this up again.
“How am I going to be with you? When I’m 30 you will still be 17” I was annoyed, maybe I shouldn’t have said that. He would leave as soon as I was too old. I would get to 19 and he would leave me and never come back. He has probably done this to lots of girls and when they tried to tell everyone he was a wolf they would be called mad or insane. Or maybe he had never really had a girlfriend. Oh shut up brain! Of course he has had a girlfriend before.
“Age shouldn’t matter”
“It does” Ooo that must hurt him. I’m stupid. He sighed
“You know I can’t hurt you” Does he not understand that it would hurt me in the future?
“Please. I really want to be with you” I begged.
“I-” He was filled with fear.
“How do you change people into wolves anyway?” I asked. Maybe I could change his mind, make him feel better about it.
“It’s like a blood bond type of thing” That wouldn’t hurt. I mean if he had a disease or something then yes it would hurt, but he didn’t.
“And that’s going to hurt me how?”
“Trust me it hurts” He said. I was starting to believe that he was right… NO! I wanted to be with him.
“Please” I begged again
“Ok. Ok” He was nearly in tears. I could see the pain in his eyes.
“So how are you going to do this?” He took my hand and bit one of my fingers. I started to bleed “Ouch” I take it this was part of the blood bond.
“Sorry” Then he bit his own finger. “Are you sure you want to be a werewolf?” I heard him mumble ‘please say not’ under his breath.
“I’m sure”
“I’m so sorry” He took my hand and joined our blood together. I screamed in pain and blacked out…
