Just for you my alpha king fingers

I don't care what they say
You know how to really light up my day
Your words took me so I grinned
Something wonderful comes within
Something beautiful out a fairytale
Oh I adore this alpha king male
When I'm through my pain in my own everyday
You talked to me in your own little way
But you showed me it could be worse
When I suffered within my hurt
Thought I was all alone
Sitting on this rusty throne
The alpha king all I needed
Expectations you've well exceeded
My painful hurt you've come to repair
Just by showing you actually care
They say as one door closes
The window opens up to the roses
I love that you listened to it all
Picked me up from my broken fall
I hope this poem you won't mind
I just can't believe how lucky I am to find
I'm so grateful that fate did send
Such an amazing wonderful friend
That's why I feel the warmth within
That's why I smile and grin
That's why I know I've won
I just want to show you what you've done
You look after all your posies
Well here I am smell the roses
Your friend and mine I always will
Together friends I know we fulfil.

Your Courage.

I wrote this to my friend who had a harrowing past, and had never really spoken fully of it. I encouraged her to write a poem about it then burn it!. She did that and text me a copy.

You may be miles away. But in my heart you'll always stay. Helping me keep my darkest fears at bay. Promising life won't always feel this way. You listen to me. Help me clear the fog, so I can see.
