Tryfan-S1-E1-P1

Just as it seemed like Gordon got to sleep, he was woken by the alarm clock.
This day, was one he had been dreading for 2months, 1week an 2 days ... It was the start of the new school year.

As he got out of bed, he stopped and looked in the mirror. His hair was still all gone, and he looked frail and weak. He had alopecia, an illness which made him bald, and which made him a lot different to other people in his year. He quickly got dressed and rushed out the house. He was filled with dread. Ever since his first day in school, he had been bullied because of his illness. He wanted to change himself, he wanted to become someone different.

It was then that he noticed 'Johnny Boy'. His eyes began to water, his heart began to pound. That was when he heard it ...
"Alright Goose Egg?"
To be honest, Gordon felt as though he wanted to punch Johnny's eyes out. But he knew that Johnny's would be able to overpower him easily. He didn't reply to Johnny. And that was when Veronica came behind him.
"Hi!" she said, giving him a glimpse of her joyous smile.
"Oh ... Umm ... Hi" the awkwardness could be felt all around. Gordon loved Veronica. She was the only person who had never judged him, but he was shy, emotional and a nervous wreck.

Elsewhere ...
"Alright Rob?" Harry's question was promptly answered by his pale looking friend
"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?"
"No reason, you just look ill that's all"
At that point they were joined by Zach and Anthony. As they all greeted each other, Robert was distracted. He seemed, strange. As though he wanted to be somewhere else and doing something else.

As all the pupils began to crowd into the school, the teachers looked on from the staff room.
"there's a lot of them!" announced Mr Paul O'Griffin
"Well obviously! It's probably the only day in the whole school year where people don't mind coming to school-they get to see their friends, and have something to do for a change!" replied Mr Griffiths.
As the bell rang, all the pupils went their separate ways until the outside was completely quiet and still. The trees moved because of the wind, and the cool air filled everywhere, untouched by anyone.

In 6th Form Class ...
"Welcome new 6th formers!" their reg teacher, Mr Raymond Williams, honestly seemed happy to see everyone. He gave a strange look at Robert though, because he obviously had something on his mind, but what? He wondered what he should do.

At Year 9's class ...
"Well, welcome back everybody! I hope you all enjoyed your summer breaks, but it's back to the hardwork now and I hope all of you are prepared for your hardest year yet!" their new reg teacher Mrs Catherine Vaughan said enthusiastically, while giving a little cry of laughter as all of the pupils gave a moan of displeasure.

I would appreciate all feedback! Sorry if it's a bit of a rubbish beginning :( its taken me this long to come up with a beginning so I just thought better get the hard part out of the way! If anyone has anymore ideas for characters, or how I could make this better, PLEASE let me know! Thanks
