What A Load Of Trite

Continuing my bromidic blog about things what irritate me in the hope that it might irritate you.

1)
People who wish someone who does not have twitter a Merry Xmas/birthday etc... on twitter.

2)
People who buy bottled water.
What is the point?. You have at least two taps at home, you pay your water rates. Use them.

3)
Scientologists, have they considered that their religion was invented by a man who wrote science fiction?.

4)
Shipping names, fucoff!

5)
People who describe themselves as spiritualists/pagan but not religious.
They think praying to an invisible omnipresent man is moronic but yet find nothing stupid about singing hymns to trees... and waving crystals over their heads when they get a headache because that really will help apparently.
And it appears only they have the power to talk to dead people. However for some reason, the dead are always very vague when speaking to them.
"I have some one who's name begins with an S with me now. The spirit was male in his life. He died due to an issue that is connected with a body part which is found inside the upper torso. He had a car. He liked it".

6)
Young people and music.
They always seem surprised and then upset that their parents/grandparents also like listening to The Who/Kinks/Beatles etc.
Its like they forgot that this was the music their parents/grandparents grew up with in the 50's, 60's and 70's.

7)
People who believe they have the right to not be offended.

You don't. Even if you do get offended, so what?. It's not as if your leg falls off every time it happens. Taking away ones right to free speech should never happen. That being said, you do have the option of not listening.
One of the first rhymes you likely would have learned as a child was 'sticks and stones', does that cease to apply when you turn eighteen?.
