The trenches they dug,
The training they trained,
The wars they fought,
The life they sacrificed.

The enemies they killed,
The triggers they pulled,
The grenades they threw,
The life they sacrificed.

The support they needed,
The country they represented,
The charity they devote,
The job they loved.

The millions that died,
The millions that are missing,
The millions fighting,
The millions that survived.

The mothers or fathers,
The wife or husband,
The daughter or son,
The one that's gone.

Please take time to remember these men and now women who give their lives to the country so we can live. And they possibly cannot. Xxxx
