#10wordchallenge Results!

Alright everyone, time is up! The contest is closed, thank you to all who entered!

After four days of excellent entries, the thing you've waited for is here - I have picked three winners! As previously stated, ALL of your guys's entries were amazing, I loved every single one of them and you all did an outstanding job of working the 10 words into your poems! Thank you so much for entering, I've never hosted a contest before so thank you for contributing! And now, for the winners:

In 3rd place is @RichWithey with a poetic picture of wandering in glittery rain on the city streets at night, letting his feet choose the way and his mind relax after the day.

In 2nd place we have @sjw with a poem titled "The Saxophonist", about being drawn out of the night rain by the enchanting sound of sweet jazz.

And in 1st place: DRUM ROLL...

...we have @leelee101, with a beautiful piece entitled "Glitterball", about a woman's daydream of shining on the dance floor to the luring sound of jazz in smoky club.

Congratu-fricken-lations!!!
And once again, thank you to all who entered, you brought smiles to my faces with your poems, using my words. ^_^

Now over to you leelee101, I'm looking forward to what you cook up for this challenge!

Live long and prosper, may the Force be with you, may the Valar protect you, and all that "jazz". ;)

@leelee101 And I'd have to say, one of my favorite things about NOT hosting a contest... is entering it. ;) Expect to see a poem from me this time around.
