Keep Calm And Pray You'll Get Through The Day...

(Please read the beginning to understand the story.)

As mum tried to figure out in what to do next, she decided to ask help from our Social worker Sarah.

What a big mistake that was.

She did try and get some help for my mum but mainly it was for me, putting me into some projects like the NCH which was a big part of my life, I met people just like me but I still went home to a sick mum at the end of the day.

When mum conditioned worsened (she started to break things like the cupboard doors, windows, furniture around the flat) my social worker threatened my mum and said that she would take me and put me into care.

Understandably I could see where she was coming from in case my mum might turn on me and hurt me but my mum asked for help not threats.

And I told Sarah she never has hurt me and pleaded with her not to take me. I was 5 at the time and instead of playing with Barbie dolls (which we couldn't afford) I was making sure that mum didn't break any thing in the flat.

When Sarah came to vist, again she did threatened my mum but she said she spoke to my mums doctor and arranged an appoint to go to the Psychiatric hospital.

Mum agreed - but she was petrified and ashamed but she was determined to fight another day.
