Little pieces, scattered all over the floor.
Different shapes, bold colors, I've never seen before.
Frantically trying to put them all as one,
Slowly figuring out there are some that shouldn't be done.
Panic consumes when many pieces do not merge,
But each is unique and always seem on the verge.
Some try to jam ends, thinking they might fit,
But ends up as failures; like relationships that must quit.
Trial and error becomes the motto of life,
Backstabbing and deception draws blood like a knife.
Giving up on the idea of being a whole,
Makes you dread of ever being old.
Ease soothes the soul as two jagged sides click,
Realization that great things are never quick.
A determined pattern sets in and starts a complete picture.
Making things feel like they were written in a scripture.
The positive choices strengthen the ego,
Voice inside my heart will never let you go.
Things works in a chain reaction,
Your life and mine were an enchanting attraction.
Different puzzles take numerous people to accomplish,
All the pieces attached, was always my one wish.
Thankful knowing the picture will hold like glue,
Hoping that the ending will always include you.
