Frozen Petals Chapter 3

I didn't think, I just ran. I ran to the big tree. I spotted Lexi, and signalled behind me. She was about to scream, but I signalled (Again) to shhh. She slapped her hand over her mouth. I clambered up the tree, and whispered to her what happened, up to the part where I jumped of the balcony. She was terrified, you could see it in her face. I was terrified too. We were whispering up until, Dallas poked his head up from where u climb up. We screamed and climbed down the rope swing we made. Dallas was still following us, so we ran. We ran into Soliger forest. We often played here, we rushed into the old air raid shelter we found. It's camouflaged so it's hard to find, yet hard to figure out its an air raid shelter. We played in there quite a lot, and pretended something like this would happen so we stored food and water, and some games. We locked the trap door wondering what to do next.........
