Though I should say,
To you my dear,
"How are you this evening?"
You seem full of fear.
Your eyes say nothing,
They're gloomy and dull,
I wish I could see,
Right through your skull.
Because your lips don't speak,
Not one word.
This silence seems deadly,
You go unheard.
As you turn to walk away,
Your last breath stings my skin.
This is not my last word,
Let me forgive your sin.
I follow as you go,
You drive off in your car,
Slowly fading in the horizon,
I hope you dont go far.
Please come back to me,
The old you is dearly missed,
We were such great friends,
I'm only here to assist.
I hope that this is not the end,
I wish I could undo,
The poem may not help,
But I wrote it just for you.
