It is difficult to
laugh when you are surrounded by sadness and strife but try to smile whenever
you can, it will help you but more, it will help those around you.
A smile when it
becomes a habit is easier to wear than a scowl, it causes smiles back in return
which can then grow into laughter, and remember, laugh at yourself and everyone
will join in. (Well, thats what I find anyway.)

Haven't we all had the worst days ever. Where nothing seems to go our way.
I was expecting more from this chapter of the book im reading to help me be positive and happy. I did the usual 10 things to be grateful for and honestly, this is sad, but...
I am about to reveal a secret, that you may or may not know.
The law of attraction is a powerful thing. If you spend all your time dwelling on negativity then negativity will keep coming your way.
I see so many people who apparently need to use crutches or walking sticks. So naturally they have one but don't know how to use them.
Don't worrie about things that are going to happen in the future: If ur worried about loosing someone in the future and being scared of having nobody to replace them.
(Was thinking "what if the beginning words rhyme instead of the end.
Thoughts and fears. In your heart. They'll remain. Till death you part. Life's to short. To live depressed. Only you can try. Your best. Forget your worries. Have some fun. It's down to you.
