My name is purple
But I am not
I like to paint the town red
And let my mother see red
I like to attend a black-tie event
And see my friends get green with envy
Once in a blue moon I like to be alone
Not because I'm feeling blue
Sometimes I think I'll try chasing the rainbows
Coz the grass is greener in the other side
Since people had branded me a black sheep
I want to prove that my gray matter still work up there
I don't want to be also called as a yellow-belly
That's why I'll try even if I get black and blue
And even I get gray hair from all the work
You'll never see me raising a white flag
