Worst Night Ever

"No. No. Don't touch me." I backed myself up against the wall, hoping to get away from the guy who was coming toward me.
"What? You don't trust me?"
It was obvious, even to a complete idiot, that I didn't trust him. The fact that the guy who had helped me out of a dire situation, and then completely freaked me out was still a shock to me.
But wait. He wasn't planning on me finding out who he was...and what. Like we could just waltz through whatever that was and....
And what? We would go our separate ways? Become friends? Completely forget about each other?
No, it was just as well that things worked out this way.
It had occurred to me that Jack wasn't what you would exactly call 'normal', but he wasn't someone you could call 'potential criminal that could be stalking you'. Just a guy who, on the outside, seemed to be full of mystery and handsome looks.
I never would have realized how wrong that was.
"Just go away, Jack." I held my hands out, trying to ward him off.
"Why?" he turned his face so that his dark green eyes glinted dangerously in the moonlight. "Why should I just go away?"
"You're trying to kill me!" I shrieked.
Jack shook his head and widened his eyes, backing away from me and turning around.
"What's this?" a British accent rang out around me. "Jack," he said, clicking his tongue in disapproval. "You've got fresh meat...and you didn't bring it to me. Now, that's just inexcusable."
"Griffin..." Jack warned, backing up slowly against me.
"Jack." the moonlight glinted off the guy's teeth which, I could see, were long canines, dripping with saliva.
"Oh, that's gross." I whispered my disgust in Jack's ear without knowing it.
"Yeah? You should see what he's about to do to your body."
The guy, Griffin, snarled, and disappeared from view about the same time I heard a sickening crack, which I would later find out was Jack's ribs breaking under the powerful punch of Griffin.
Jack tensed and delivered an equally bone-breaking punch to the side of Griffin's head, who hissed and recoiled into the darkness.
"Who is this guy?" I asked, completely perturbed by both him and his behavior.
"Well, Nora, he's a werewolf. I believe you're familiar with those?"

Random. Not a writer. Just an average, screwball nothing with big plans. Enjoy.

@ell hmm, that's an interesting point. I'm really not sure. Maybe it does sound evil to american's. But, in this case, it was definitely random. I try to incorporate as many races as I can into my stories just to make them seem normal and filled with different characters.
