Running Man

This made me laugh as SO relatable. I can't run at no cos of back op. However, I usually head for the trails when I do. Odd time I've run near town with a mate & you can guarantee we see someone we know....nothing worse than trying to have a conversation when you're beetroot red & breathing out of your arse😖🏃😉😂😂😘

I was told you should jog at a pace you can hold a conversation at 😳 that would be stationary for me! Hate having to breathe in and run tall when I see someone I know. It bursts my bubble of Olympic athlete/Nike advert runner 😉😜

@sjw @jojo72 it just isn't natural to run and talk!! I was in gym on treadmill the other day chatting to a lady in next treadmill,she was talking I was raising eyebrows and nodding 😄

Yup, that's about as far as I get in "conversation" while exercising.

Ever tried getting off one of those too quickly? All street cred gone as your knees give out because the ground isn't rolling along. Never a good thing 😁
