Today was the last day at school! Luckily my parents did let me go to the prom. I was getting ready for it and I went downstairs. The doorbell rang and stood in the porch was Matt. He was wearing a waistcoat, a white striped shirt and a black tie. He had his thick, black hair gelled up and spiky.
" You ready?" he asked.
" Yep." I replied cheerfully.
" You look pretty this evening!" Matt stated as we walked towards his car.
When we got to the school hall, we saw loads of our classmates staring at us. A girl called Maddie came up to us and asked me,
" Is that blusher or have you just put mud on your cheeks?"
Then she walked off.
" Well that was charming!" Matt said sarcastically.
