Blurb

Sometimes I might post little blurbs that I write, guys. This one is in the point of view of a 15 year old boy named Matt.

I covered my ears, trying to block out their screaming. Stop it, I thought, Please stop. I wondered if they knew how much it hurt me when they fought. When they screamed and yelled and I heard a crash or my mother crying. All it did was prove to me that love doesn't exist. It never will. Somebody always ends up hurt. I was in love with a girl in eighth grade. I asked her out, and she said yes. On the last day of school she dumped me in front of everybody, and said that she had never loved me. That night, my parents got in their first fight. I cried myself to sleep. It got worse over the summer, and right now, they were arguing about divorce, who got the house, and who got me. I out on my new headphones, put my iPod on shuffle, and turned off my lamp. I pulled the covers up over myself as a tear fell down my cheek. they began to pour as closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
