Chapter 10

I woke up half an hour early than usual to prepare. I was still curious about what Louis was going to show me. After taking a quick shower, I straightened my hair and applied a little bit of makeup.

I arrived school 20 minutes earlier than usual. Louis was waiting for me at the entrance of the building. I smiled when I saw him, he was looking flawless again. He was wearing a striped tshirt with red chinos and a pair of navy blue toms which matches with his tshirt.

"You look stunning." he smiled.

"Same goes for you." I chucked. "So?"

"Yeah...you remember I told you that I couldn't sleep that night because I was busy?" he asked, raising one of his eyebrows. I nodded in response. "Well, that's what I want to show you, I finished what I was working on that night."

"Come on, show me!" I cried, I was getting excited. He reached for my hand and our fingers brushed. His soft touch sent shivers down my spine as I blushed. I felt his hand holding mine tight as he started pulling me towards the school. "Where are we going?"

"Music room." he answered. Music room? What's going on?

"Umm...okay." I murmured as he entered the music room, pulling me inside just before closing the door.

"Take a seat." he pointed the empty desks. I was getting excited and chose to sit one of the seats in front row. "Good choice." he chuckled and took his place to play piano.

"You'll play the piano for me?!" I screamed with daze. "I didn't know you could be playing the piano. That's freaking great!"

"Yeah, I can, a bit. I wrote something and I wanted you to hear it." he grinned.

"Okay, come on, play it, I'm ready!" I clapped my hands in extreme excitement. He took a deep breath and his fingers started moving on the piano keys as a wonderful tune filled the room. At first it was only piano but then he started singing with his angelic voice.

"I'm broken, do you hear me?
I'm blinded, cause you're everything I see"

I was listening to him with my jaw wide open. This was...this was amazing, literally.

"I'm dancing, alone
I'm praying, that your heart will just turn around" he continued singing. Did he compose this? Oh my god, I couldn't find any words to describe how I feel. Lyrics were so meaningful and emotional and with the help of the piano, this was the definition of perfection. As he continued singing, I felt my eyes getting ready and finally a single year drop rolled down my cheek.

"When he opens his arms and hold you close tonight
It just won't feel right, cuz i can love you more than this..."

When he finished the song, I was crying a river.

"Well...what do you think?" he said turning his head towards me. "Oh, you okay?" he asked in a worried tone and sat next to me.

"That was...that...god, you made me cry Louis! This was great!" I cried.

"Erm..." he chucked sweetly and rubbed the back of his neck. "I'm glad you like it."

"You wrote this?" I asked with amaze.

"Yeah..." he stopped for a while. "For you." he said, blushing.

"For me?!"

"Well, I've been working hard." he smiled. "Look Crystal, we need to talk." he breathed. "I'm not sure if you're aware with this but I've got some feelings for you. It may seems like 3 days are not enough to develop feelings for someone but...I really like you. Whenever I'm near you, I feel like the happiest boy in the world and whenever I'm not with you, the only thing on my mind is being with you, talking to you, laughing with you, just spending my time with you. And I want to share these feelings with you cause I can't stand it anymore. I don't know what you think but..." he stopped for a while as he cupped my face. "if you let me love you, I'll make you happy Crystal, and I will never ever hurt you, I swear to god." his breath was hitting my face and I was lost in the moment. I wasn't sure if I was hearing all of these or I was just making them in my mind until he whispered again. "just let me." he said and slowly, he got closer to me. Was he going to kiss me? Does he really like me? Do I like him? Questions were running through my mind just before he stopped centimeters away from my face. That was when I forgot everything, every question and every answer. At that moment all I wanted was him to kiss me. His fingers hold my chin lightly and lifted my head. Our gazes met and he smiled a little, then our lips brushed. It was just a brush but my lips started burning with excitement. He smiled a bit again and pressed his lips onto mine. His lips were soft and smooth, just like the kiss, I couldn't hold myself from kissing him back. His hands found their way onto my waist as I wrapped my arms around his neck. Suddenly, I was sure about all my questions, I like him, no, not just 'like', I love him. Now he was everywhere I could touch, everything I could see, everything I could smell and everything I could love. I felt his tongue begging for and enterence which I gladly have him. After a while I pulled myself back to breath with amaze. I gasped and he smiled flawlessly just before holding my hands.

"Crystal Pierce, would you be my girlfriend?" he asked. I nodded in response and hugged him tightly.
