Snow fell from the sky,
In a cold January morning,
People check the school website,
Just as the day is dawning,
To see if the snow was bad,
Enough to snow people in,
So than they can miss school,
And see who wins,
The snow ball fights and sled races,
That fill all the streets,
Soaking gloves and frost bitten hands,
You can't even feel your feet,
Soaked through three pairs of socks,
And some fake ugg boots,
From falling off your sled,
Your frozen to the roots,
To your core, all pale and shivery,
It only has one cure,
A cup of tea or hot chocolate,
And a hot water bottle for sure,
Just don't forget to wrap up warm,
Or you'll get a nasty fright,
For you will get the common cold,
Though i sound boring, you know I'm right.
