Thank you for support, and I'm not standing up for her.. But I'm not upset or offended, I bring it on myself to a degree. If I read something I don't agree with I say so. Lets try and remember that at age 11 this girl is very much a child and being challenged by an older (Burr in this case) individual is bound to garner a response...I do think Mr @Burrfoot could have and probably should have just walked away from this one or not even commented in the first place...it's alright saying she was posting in an open and public forum but I'm sure (I hope) that if Burr saw a child in the street making the same comments he wouldn't feel the need to jump in. I think it's just common sense, if you know the poster is a child, you probably shouldn't be getting into a argument (heated discussion) with them, it is not our job to correct these minors, at age 11 they are allowed to have opinions without us telling them they are wrong, let them learn with life. As for the multi accounts I couldn't care less....It doesn't affect my life in the slightest if someone else is using other accounts to bump up their likes and reposts (just my opinion on the matter)

@patdolan83 you are right for you. For me, I don't care what age someone is, I will comment if they create a story about 'a friend' being kidnapped, raped and murdered, misleading other minors. All I said originally in response to it was 'its not a true story'.. I don't think age prevents me answering back when called a c**t either. Rather it spurs me on to respond more. Sure we could all live in utopia and ignore the unpleasant, but I choose to confront it head on. That is what is right for me.

Multi accounting doesn't really bother me as far as likes and 'cheating' goes... Where it becomes dangerous is the lies that it makes possible in this environment which has so many impressionable children

@Burrfoot this is why I said it was just my opinion....and I will be completely honest and say my comment probably refers more to other people's comments on other posts rather than yours in this particular instance....fair enough if you were concerned this person was lying and misleading other impressionable children...but I don't think you have to be living in ignorance if you turn and walk away from certain things.....that's just called being mature...if a child calls me a name in the street I just walk away, it's not that hard for me, but obviously our characters are different.

@patdolan83 thank you for you comments. There seems a lot has gone on for nine days it had to be brought to an end somehow and the best way is through discussion. Swearing can never be accepted as far as I am concerned, there are plenty of social networks that allow them and I'm glad that during the last six weeks that I have used Opuss I've only met the nicest of people.🌹🌹🌹

@marymint I completely disagree with you when it comes to swearing....I don't like to hear young children swearing but if someone tries to tell me I can't swear at age 29 that that will get me very angry....if I say the word "twat" it's swearing and not liked but I use the word "idiot" and it's okay....but they mean the same thing in context. Swearing is only swearing because we (mankind) say it is, who made these rules?? I can offend someone just as well with a few well chosen words that aren't swearing as I can by saying "fuck" "shit" "bastard" etc.

@patdolan83 the only problem with walking away, especially in this case is that it's fairly obvious that for an 11 year old to act/talk like that there's no one else telling her it's not appropriate. We can't afford everyone to turn the other cheek.

@Burrfoot especially when @Klaire1 sticks up for you and all she receives is "I don't care if you have cancer shut your gob" that's cruel. I may have slightly misquoted but you get my gist. If I used that particular word my mum would still slap me down and I'm a bloody adult! 😂

@Burrfoot you haven't got the slightest clue what this girl is really like....she could be the most polite and proper young girl you could ever meet in real life.....you can't assume you know her just from her writing little stories on here. In fact the only thing you can be sure of is that if her posts are completely fabricated and talk of such horrible things then this is more than likely a psychological problem...you telling her she's lying isn't gonna help with that, somebody offering to talk to her maybe the answer...she probably just needs someone to listen to her, she may have real problems that nobody is listening to in her life, so is making up these stark troubling stories to get the attention she's missing. Not that I'm saying its your place to offer to listen, but I feel confrontation isn't the answer here.

@patdolan83 I'm trying to tell her that cussing other people off when trying to confront her about writing about rape, sex, and getting pregnant when you're twelve is wrong. Even though I'm the same age as her, I feel like I need to tell her that it's wrong. I totally agree with you on saying she's wrong and not knowing her, but it's really troubling how she's cussing everybody off, maybe it's because I'm really not used to that in my life...

@Klaire1 everyone is biting....this person may not even be an eleven year old girl...she could be some middle aged man looking for exactly what he is getting, a response. Where I live I hear a lot of young people verbally abiding each other and their elders...it's water off a ducks back to me I'm afraid

@Burrfoot just to make it clear....I don't believe that anybody that was accused of bullying this girl is guilty of doing so. But I do believe that she was looking for attention, and if not for help then for an argument or opportunity to start a slanging match, and unfortunately this was given to her. If an offer of help was refused on more than one occasion "we" should be able to assume it wasn't wanted and "we" could have left it at that and maybe reported this person for her disturbing stories. Can we even be sure that this person was an eleven year old girl??

I think everyone here is quite clear and nobody is here to take stress from anyone else that is why we can write here from the heart, we don't expect to be put under pressure for our writing. It's not the same as someone saying nasty things to your face if someone doesn't like your opinion or you pot they can just pass it by, no need to upset a one else.
