Moments have been enjoyed and shared
Moments have been traumatic or scared
Whatever moment has been, it now has passed
Only the memories you hold now can last
The hands of time will move as you sleep
Tick tocking as you gather memories to keep
Change is something that comes to us all
Into the changes ahead, some fight, some fall
Changes can be a welcomed thing in our life
Or it can be met with resistance, an inner fight
All around us changes occur everyday
Like the seasons and the tidal sway
Migration of our feathered friends
Change continues, change never ends
