It seems a lifetime ago somehow

I'd give anything to feel your warm embrace
With kisses, your body I would trace

I'd give anything to feel your soft full lips
I'd touch them gently with my fingertips

I'd give anything to have you touch my hand
Together we shall lovingly stand

I'd give anything to hear your dominant voice
Not having you here is not by choice

I'd give anything to just have you home with me
It won't be long my darling, you'll see

Writing has been my friend since a teenager...I laugh, cry, think, pretend, smile as I do it. I feel that I communicate better through my writing as in person I can appear a tad scatty.
