Pebble

My garden is quite plain
Boring you see
But something spectacular
Lays under the jade tree

A glistening stone
Perfect in every way
So I go under the tree
To look at it everyday

But there's something special
About this stone
It gives you anything
Some bread, whatever a phone

To get these things
You hold your hand
Across the stone
On my land

And then the magic
Takes place
Its truly amazing
With no trace

Summertime Sunset

Fading sun. Last rays of light. Casting long shadows. Melting into night. Dim reflections on the water. Rippling gracefully. Streaking across the ocean. Sun setting by the sea. Sitting by you.
