Fingering the edge of sleep,
I have a hard time trying not to peep,
It's all so sparkly and mysterious,
It makes me all delirious,
What a strange old world I keep,
Inside my head when asleep,
There are great red elephants,
And somethings quite decadence,
Once I cleaned the house,
Dearly, for my spouse,
Only to stretch then awaken,
And find the mess un-taken,
Life as a pirate can feel so real,
I really wonder if I did steal,
Did my captain throw me over?
Or do I really have a chauffeur?
My dragon, perhaps he flew away,
As he did not want to stay,
The Faeries of the wood,
Told me to return, I should,
Every night I get to roam,
Much more exciting than Google Chrome,
Whatever story, small or grand,
It's all mine in my dreamland.
