Health?!

I can't seem to get my head around healthy living. I've been trying for 12 years.

Either I eat well and don't exercise, or vice versa.

Right now I'm going through an exercise phase. I'm active every day. I've joined a boxing gym, I've got a new puppy to take on walks and I do some HIIT every hour.

Food is my weakness. I don't even eat nice food. It's definitely quantity over quality. I get to work (in a convenience store) and spend much of my time cramming junk into my mouth. I eat pastries, chocolate and sweets and drink drinks that are high in sugar. It all makes me feel lethargic and unhealthy.

I love training at the moment. I feel amazing after an MMA session, or a session at the gym doing weights and bag work. I know that my training would improve if I could improve my eating, but I just can't seem to say no.

Summer is coming. I want to see a change in myself.

I like to read, but only in short bursts. I like to write, but never extensively. This app could be perfect for me.

It's hard isnt it! In my teen I was best described as "athletic" but since Uni It has been one downward spiral. I don't have time for exercise and i know I eat too much. I'm not fat, but considering how sporty and fit I was before

Compared to literally doing no exercise now I need to sort it out soon before It really catches up with me

Yes! It gets harder as you get older. I'm 27 now, and I used to be quite slim. Now I'm 3 stone heavier than I should be. Get on it man! I can never take my own advice, but the thought of doing it is worse than actually doing it.
