The first step is the hardest, linking again across shattered glass. With a wariness of words, we fell into a familiar routine. A thing which was at first amazing, feels boring and crass.
The second step seemed easier than the first, the cuts on my heart now modest. I didn't think to stop and breathe, your head high as you watched with a grin.
You Have the breath of a corpse left to rot, Have the feet of a horse left to trot. And your love is not something I sought, But you're mine.
His tongue toxic. Releasing venom. His eyes evil. A cruel sword. His words poison. The biting sword. Shes his pray. Playing with her. Anger his food. Screaming the wind. Fire his pain.
@redfae So many times have I felt this way. Im hoping this is just a poem and that your not hurting that way. I know deep down that pain takes over like a demon. x
@iPuss No, I was just relating to a story character. I have a good husband but I never forget all my memories and those my friends shared with me as I feel it helps stand in others shoes. It is a horrible place to be. Thanks for your sweet comment x

I think it's so pathetic, people don't really understand pain. And some selfish people, but great when feel for other people. Nice
