After the morning that I've been through,
I'm going to switch on the kettle and make a cuppa brew,
Good job it's a rapid boiling kettle,
Without my caffeine fix my mind won't settle,
The rain began and put a dampener on my day,
Then to go see what the doctor had to say,
Took my friend to the delightful QD,
I hate that shop it makes me grumpy,
Had a phone call with an awesome guy,
But what he did would make you cry,
Parking on the slip road in his truck,
Chatting on the phone like a sitting duck,
Probably getting in everyone's way,
But I'll let him off just once just today,
He was talking to me so I didn't mind,
We've got a lot in common say two of a kind,
Now I'm back to the boredom of my little cocoon,
Need my caffeine the kids will be home soon!
