I saw you from a distance your eyes so deep and blue,
When you returned your glare my butterflies they grew,
Your eyes so deep I see your soul,
To be with you I'd walk o'er hot coal,
Anticipation, expectation, I know you feel the same,
I notice your glance, your looking my way again,
Could this be it my very happy ending?
Are you my prince to rescue me from fending,
For myself all these years waiting is it really you?
I thought I'd found my prince before there has been a few,
Not many though as its always the same,
Starts off well but when it fails I have no one else to blame,
Except myself it's all my fault,
For letting myself scar from your emotional assault,
Heavenly prince standing over there,
Are you the one do you even care?
Are you my hearts final beholder?
No not me your looking over my shoulder,
At someone else, your princess your queen,
I'm feeling envy I'm turning green.
