I dared to dream
This was wrong it would seem
I took a chance
When you gave me that glance
I glimpsed into the future
Nothing was certain thats for sure
I made my own bed
Now it's the place where I lay my bruised head
I screw up and make a mess of things
But it was all to make my heart sing
I am human
So people can stop with the accusin'
I make mistakes
Some say risking high stakes
I learn
With every turn
I am twenty four years old
Still rebellious and never do as I'm told
I have a new outlook
That I really don't give a fuck!

@leelee101 there comes a point though when it just becomes plain pathetic though...it reached that point when my younger sister was sent to escort me to the shop at the bottom of the main road! 😘

@RichWithey yeah I'm good one serious car accident and my overprotective family go back to treating me like I'm 5 not nearly 25! It's all good though going back to work today for a rest... Then the pub afterwards! ;) x
