Worry

It starts with a single thought that pops up in your mind, and usually it's in the middle of the night. Before you know it, it's an all consuming number of thoughts that become a negative ball of energy and bang, off goes your restful night sleep.

It's true what they say, worry really doesnt change tomorrow, it just robs today...and usually robs a night's sleep.

My advice...stop those sleep destroying thoughts in there tracks by quickly thinking of a beautiful moment, one which makes u feel secure....and above all count your blessings....and if that fails....just simply tell yourself, 'I'll handle it when I'm faced with it'.....
