Annie watched Irene's auburn bob until it was out of sight, then unlocked her own door and kicked off her trainers. Her first day had been extremely tiring, and made even more so by the absence of the 'Class President'. A student who is put in charge of organising their class events and representing in front of the student council. Because of her superior marks in academic exams, Annie had been made the female president, whereas the mysterious absent boy was the male counterpart.
Everyone seemed to be in awe of who this boy might be; all the athletic boys claimed he was an excellent sportsman; the orange girls (classified because of absurd amounts of makeup) presumed he must be a complete prince; and everyone else seemed to be sure that he was an excellent all-rounder. He didn't even have to make an entrance to have the whole school idolising him.
Annie realised who she was thinking about and shook her head violently. "No Annie. He is just some arrogant boy who doesn't even care about education." she told herself sharply as a few possible images of the boy flickered across her mind. She walked into her room and got changed into some joggers and a cardigan, tying her hair up in a high up ponytail and walking into the small kitchen section to cook herself some noodles.
