As Big Ben introduced the New Year
We had lots of music and plenty of cheer
Exploding fireworks lit up the night sky
Vibrant bright colours teased our eyes
I might've drunk a little too much wine
But the taste of that red was so divine
We partied hard into the early hours
I had hyper activity for special powers
But now it is time to rest my poor head
Please excuse me if I have a day in bed...X
