But are we not all histories sisters and brothers?
Taken from the same seed of life
Spread out in a world of divided rights
I am all that is you and you are I
Underneath and inside breathing to try
Working out our own place in this life
Seeking answers to what's wrong and right
We learn from generations long lost
Genetically fused and evolving along
Remembering times and tales of old
One must do as one is always told
My brothers and sisters torn apart
Once we loved now bleeding hearts
Too much pain with little to gain
Left out cold in the pouring rain
Once united in our common goals
In god we trust we were all once told
Our future riches are made of fools gold
Divided by greed with nothing to hold
A promise of a new saviour
Of the human race's appalling behaviour
Towards its fellow man and nature
Who will save us from ourselves?
When all we care about is whatever sells!
