The challenge started out a little disappointingly at first as no one was posting. I think I only got two or three to begin with.
Wow, I never realised judging this would be so difficult.
Right, pens down, it's time to choose a winner. And what a task I had. I asked for as much LOSS as you could pack into 12 lines or less and boy, you didn't disappoint.
Ok folks here we go. Not many entries, my fault because I didn't give too much time, sorry about that. But the entries were all great, and definitely captured irritation. Ok.....
Hello young Opussians. Thankyou for all the brilliant entries, they were awesome and it was really tough picking only three. Here are the results for the first young writers household.
Thank you all for your wonderful writing, Some of them have got me crying. I also like the ones that make me laugh, It has made me curl over in half.
Might I just say that ALL the entries were spectacular!!!. Its so hard to pick just one as the winner, but I must. In 3rd place is iPikachu with a very creative piece: The Column's Sculpture.
Evening each. Time to announce. Not too much time to get your pieces in, but I count nine, and all of outstanding quality, so thanks to everybody who entered.
@sheepie someone(the winner) chooses a household word and if you want to you and others can write a poem/short story about/using that word. It's usually from approx 5pm to 5pm daily, anyone can join in and in your post put #household and tag the person who won so they can see it. Does that make sense?
