Love Is

Spring had finally sprung
Lovers and leaders come
Follow the weeping rivers
Down to the milky shore
Where we had once been before
Blood stained and oiled over
Mother earth ravaged and blundered
Stripped bare and left to wonder
Where does it end and when will it stop?
Man obsessed with being ahead and on top

Someone scream and shout out
If you ever had a doubt
Man walked on the moon
Smoked a baron peace pipe
Sing a song and wait and see
If they would give up their vows for me
Come walk the earth, be free
Love is all we crave and need
Love is what sets us free
Love is the drug that we test
Love is what we leave for the rest
Love is where it's always at
Love is what we take with us in the end

Death does not end us
Only a lack of love
Open up your heart
It fits me like a glove
Tell ya my will is good
Understand but misunerstood.
Old man wise sang with me
love is, was, has and always will be
Love is the mysterious human
Love is everywhere you go and all you know
Love is in a child's laughter
Love is giving without reason
Love is unconditional
Love is infinite
Love is.....

What Is Life?

What is life without breath. Without the heart that beats in our chest, Without the blood that runs through our veins, What is life. I do exclaim. What is life if not to love.

If I Show You (Will You be Mine)

If I show you a good time Will you be mine. Will you dine with me in fine wine. Will you dine for all of mankind.

Love: A Definition

What is love But the absence of hate. An echoing void Into which we create What is love But a pardon of sin. A feeble excuse For those of our kin What is love Is it lust, is it more.

Mystery

I wish life could remain just a mystery. Not planned out to become just history. When did the time of the unknown become old. To remain in books with pages to unfold. Where did all of that magic go.

Stars

For those that don't like darkness.. For those that don't like night... For those that fear what's in it. For those that don't like the sight.

A Song, Long Ago

So this song you sung so softly, Has created cities and cars, constructed cathedrals and cinemas, A hoard of humanity, holy and humbled, Beneath you.

Mirror, Mirror

Mirror, mirror on the wall, Who's the fairest of them all. Who's the ugliest, the worst, Who is treasured, Who is cursed. Mirror, mirror on the wall, Who will rise and who will fall.
