Take whatever, whenever, however it's now or never
Taken over and controlled by your fear
Fear everything and anything in the name of respect
Demanding respect with a gun to your ear
Survival of the fittest in a cesspit the government forgot
Societies bottom dwellers breeding and feeding on scraps that rot
Broken families and communities where respect is lost
Leaders and celebrity figures divide the haves and the have nots
Nighttime plastic gangsters roam in the streets
Bored and fuelled by the anger that their idols are incomplete
Music sets the tone relating to a paper gangsters lyrics with a dark back beat
Opportunists exchanging morales with an undercover triple agent who surrenders in defeat
Take on a way of life and a system that twists the knife
Take on rules and consequences or choose to abide
Take on corrupt organisations full of hate crimes
Green bankers in tailored suits, blue men in uniforms and a white man of cloth who speaks to the divine
Take on more chickens that nest behind histories treasons
They create rules to protect the eggs they laid last season
Take on a mad cows disease who spreads her bloodline for another bulls beef
Steak tastes good if its medium rare, well prepared, cured and the chef understands your needs
Take on a new habit to change a lifetime
A habit not filled with poverty and crime
Take on a higher consciousness with purpose and meaning
Take a chance to help the suffering and heal in self without thinking
Take, take, take back what has been forced from your hands
Take back your right to help your fellow humans
Take a step back and observe what you have become
Take a chance to put right what they have done
Take a good look at the future for your own daughters and sons
Take a deeper look and ask yourself "Do I prefer my steak rare, medium or well done?"
There is only so much we can take before we snap
There is only so many lies they can tell before we uncover more bull crap
It's only a matter of time until science uncovers the true facts
DNA and carbon dating will reveal all the lies that religions can't take back
