What have you become?
Not your grandfather's son
Youthful abandoned fun
Torn emotions that run
Challenged rules and reasons
Furry tempest's in season
Aborting worn out senses
Picket lines and fences
Why do you walk on alone?
No place too call a home?
Why do you not just see,
All change's come in three's?
Detached and removed
Derailed and abused
A beating weary head
Rests upon a strangers bed
So what did you become,
When your journey was all done?
Did you see enough to believe,
Enough to always achieve?
I hope you traveled well
Beyond the grave now, farewell
Maybe we shall meet again
Next time, call on me, my friend
