Must I be within your grasp
For your touch to comprehend
The unspoken lyrics of my heart?
Should I be with you in
Flesh and blood for you to feel the
Solemness of the promise my eyes
Have been trying to articulate,
With mystic glances from afar?
Or must you hear the
Melodious sound in my bosom,
And inhale the aroma of roses
In bloom, while the gentle breeze
Conveys to you the scent
That exudes from your yard,
To undoubtedly take heed
Of the euphony the stars
Have been whistling silently
Above the dark clouds in gloom?
Yield not, to the spirit of solitude,
For my smile is there to
Stay with you all the time, with
Its warmth and its glow prevailing,
Repeating the words my
Lips have long whispered,
For your mind in serenity to rest.
