daydreaming our fears away, catching any imagination that's gone stray, moulding it together like clay, freeing our mind letting our thoughts play,

when I'm lost in a song,
and I've come back to earth,
it comes crashing back and it's all wrong,
everything should be happy like my daydream,

daydreaming is our own little place, away from the bad and evil making us feel safe, it's where we go when we need to get away, it's our home base,

when the pressure is on and everything's at stake,
we just sit back and float away into our haven,
