This morning my mom woke me up at 6:30. It's summer vacation so theres no reason I needed to be up so this was unusual. She told me it was about my brother Nathan. Now Nathan is not your typical kid. He is non verbal and in a wheelchair with many disabilities. My mom told me that Nathan had only minutes before had a major seigure. Now I know what your thinking. It's just a seigure. But everytime you have one, you loose brain cells which causes brain damage. Nathan with all his disabilities can not afford to have any brain damage for that may cause even more disabilities for him ehich he doesn't need. My mom found him this morning thrashing around in his bed out of control and throwing things. This is not how he normally behaves ever so she knew something was up My parents are with him in the emergency room right now getting a brain scan and talking to the doctors to make sure everythings okay and that he's not going to have anymore. I have no clue whats happening to him as of this moment but I will post updates in the comments section. To make matters worse, we were leaving for vacation tomorrow to go to Disney World which Nathan has been looking forward to for months. Its our first time ever going but Nathan may not be able to go. Could you keep him in your prayers today even though most if you dont know him. I don't know how religious you are but it would be a big help!

@crowncottage @natalee @nikujagagirl @pigolet Thank you guys! Nathan is home now and back to his normal self. We have to go into Childrens Hospital for a few more tests tomorrow cutting off the first day of our vacation, but he's safe so thats all that matters!

Were leaving now to go to Children's Hospital for one last test but everything is going well. Thank you for all your orayers and support. I wouldn't have been able to get through all this without you guys!!!
@sugurcane67 I'm so happy he's back to his regular self now! I was so worried that he might have gotten a really bad seizure!
@nikujagagirl He did. But he's recovered quite well. Te seigure was so bad that he lost complete control of his body and was thrashing around his bed. Nathan has this special bed that keeps him locked in at night so he can't escape and hurt himself. That bed is really heavy and hard to move drom its spot. I can't even budge it. Nathan was so out of control during the whole thing that we have some pretty good dents in the wall. Not his fault of coarse. The seigure lasted a good ten minutes. We did get an EEG done on him which will tell us the cause of the seigure and if he'll have anymore. We're just waiting for the doctor to call back with the results.
@nikujagagirl I hope so too! We'll have the rrsults from the EEG scan tomorrow morning telling us if he'll have more or if it's a one time deal. I hope it was just this once.
