Hopeless Chapter 11

"The reason the water turned blue is because you two are destined to be together." says Jackie

"Your kidding me right?" I say and burst out laughing "You guys think I'm going to beleive you? You're insane!"

"But its-" starts Flint

"Wheres the proof?" I stammer "Did you really think I would beleive all this?" I stand there for a moment and everybody stares at me, I can almost see them thinking, and obsurving me, until Jackie brakes the silence.

"You have to beleive us because," she pauses "because if you don't your life will never be the same, you will always feel like your missing something."

"Missing something? What else can I possibly miss? I don't think one more thing will make a difference." I say disgusted. She thinks for a minute, exchanging looks with Flint and thdn makes her big announcement.

"You have to beleive us because if you dont, nobody will ever see the light of day again." she says calmly "so if you would quit being to selfish-"

I didn't hear the rest, I ran outside towards the woods looking for escape, the way I always do. Watching my feet jump over the melting snow, I slip, and slide into the partally frozen water. Freezing, tired and confused I slide myself out of the water and onto the crispy cold grass. My reflection is ripling from the snos falling from trees, but I can easily make out my facial features. My deep green eyes and light brown orange like hair stare back at me. Sitting back I crunch a branch behind me. I pick it up and stab my reflection in the water. Fusterated I throw the stick in the wood as far as I can, and before I can scream I see a dark shados approaching from behind me.
