Goodbye Girls

From the day you were born we Loved you both;
In return you loved us to,
But now you must go
And we must start over once again?

We don't really want to let you go
But inside us we know we must;
Our heart says stay . . . but in our minds we must trust.

We have shared so much together
Laughter . . . fun times and tears;
Yet sometimes we can't turn back time
We must walk away, and allow ourselves to heal.

We know one day you both will be happy
And a new family you both will share,
And you both have each other;
together forever;

May life be gentle with you both
May God's best come your way;
And on some quiet tomorrow
You will realise things were better this way.
