I want to make a difference to the world,
I dream of a place of peace.
Perhaps I am weak, perhaps I am meek
but it strikes me unfair
that the blind cant see me,
the deaf cant hear me,
the mute can't voice their prayers.

I want to fix inequality.
I can't leave a problem unsolved;
bring enemies back
see warfare dissolved
make them shake hands
and share their lands
or sit on the naughty step 'till they're old.

But the thing that hurts me most,
is the one thing i cant fix.
unrequited loving
has me in the pits.

I want to make the world a better place.
I want to see your smiling face.
If good things comes to those who try,
then Someone, Anyone hear my cry.
