It thumps when you are near
And I fear it is so loud that you could hear

And it's inside my chest
But it's trying to get out

Beating for you to kiss me once more
Beating faster to know what's in store

It gets faster
Suddenly too fast
And I'm getting hotter
I'm getting so much hotter

But it's what I want and have for a while
And there's nothing we can do but smile

I love the symmetry and repetition in here. It creates a very appropriate rythmic effect.
