Talking to you sometimes
Is like a complete dream
Funny and unrealistic
But breaking excitedly at the seam
But recently we've been talking
More serious than before
About what we want to do
When we walk out that door
A date is suddenly looming
Soon we'll be stuck out for everyone to see
So we want to make an example
And tell them exactly what we want to be
After all this time
Not knowing was key
But really what we've wanted
Was right in front of you and me
Just imagine that
If our dreams come true
Maybe we'll get that apartment
Think of the things we could do

Been talking to my best friend about what we really want to do in the future. After years and years of tears of not knowing what she wants to do, she's finally decided and I am so happy for her! Because I've known how hard it's been for her ... And I've also made a change for the better!
