Exactly the same happened to me! My daughter was only 6weeks old & in car seat on back seat, & old lady drove straight into side when I was on roundabout. Got out & she apologised profusely....2weeks later I get letter from her insurance company claiming accident was 50/50! Stand your ground!! They always try it on first, but unless it's a given, will rarely fight it due to costπ
